Promotes accurate physician documentation skills using a standardized educational process and tools leading to documentation of an accurate reflection of resource consumption.
Professional Fee Compliance Program
Ensures accurate coding by hospitalists; identifies outliers for ongoing education and refinement while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Risk Management Program
Addresses policies and procedures for patient management minimizing risk throughout patient's hospitalization. Education and continual awareness are fundamental elements of Sound's program.
