We built our Management Services model using the same, full-range of infrastructure included in our Comprehensive Services model to drive performance for hospitals that either employ their own hospitalists or have a local, independent group providing hospitalist services.
Our Management Services model leverages our expertise at building and managing high functioning engaged and aligned hospitalist teams. We deliver on our performance management model by focusing on improvements in quality, satisfaction and financial performance regardless of who employs the physicians. We provide hospital partners the people, process, technology and leadership that enable good doctors to become highly-effective hospitalists. Sound Physicians provides a full complement of support services, including our billing and collections center, our full-service physician recruitment team and our patient call center. We also provide the on-the-ground process improvement expertise and physician leadership training needed to deliver hospitalist program success.
Further, our clinical operations team performs site assessments utilizing Lean principles. Based on this assessment we work together with your hospital administration team to implement targeted improvement initiatives designed to strengthen hospital performance. In addition, our regional chief medical officers and vice presidents of operations provide the necessary leadership depth to support the chief hospitalist at each site, ensuring that physician teams are exceeding performance expectations.
