Margaret Kolata is Sound Physicians’ Regional Vice President of Operations for the West Region. Margaret works closely with Sound Physicians’ hospitalist teams and the administrators at Sound Physicians’ partner hospitals to ensure a high level of communication and program implementation.
She holds an M.B.A. degree from Portland State University in Portland, Oregon. Prior to joining Sound Margaret was Director of Planning and Regional Operations for Cascade Healthcare Community (CHC) hospital system located in Bend, Oregon. Prior to working with CHC, Margaret was with Spectrum Emergency Care, based in St. Louis, MO, as a regional director, and Scripps Hospital in San Diego in provider relations. Margaret is a member in good standing with the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development.
