• Alesia Pinney, J.D. – General Counsel
  Ms. Pinney has spent sixteen years representing both public and private entities. She has been responsible for managing a number of mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions for rapidly-growing companies, including Real Networks, Drugstore.com, and Amazon.com. Ms. Pinney brings experience in the areas of operations, financial management, accounting, human resources, and public relations. She attained her Juris Doctorate from the University of Puget Sound; her Master's Degree in Taxation from the University of Denver; and her Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Seattle University.
