  • Carol Jacobi, M.B.A. – Vice President Human Resources
    Ms. Jacobi has a diverse background in strategic planning, change management and building empowered, effective work environments. Ms. Jacobi's expertise includes experience in corporate internal guidance and the centralized management of multiple corporate locations. Prior to joining Sound, Ms. Jacobi was with Moss-Adams, LLP a major west coast professional services firm with nineteen regional offices. Ms. Jacobi is SPHR certified and has a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology from Ithaca College and an M.B.A. from Seattle University.
