  • Kris Bratberg – Chairman
    Kris Bratberg-Executive Chairman Kris Bratberg has extensive experience in building and managing national physician groups. Mr. Bratberg was President and CEO of Excelsis Healthcare which merged with Sound in 2007. Before this, he played a key role in building and managing Pediatrix Medical Group (PDX:NYSE). When Mr. Bratberg left Pediatrix he was its President and CEO and member of the Board of Directors. Prior to Pediatrix, Mr. Bratberg was a Senior Vice President of Dean Witter Reynolds, New York. most recently as a Senior Vice President, where he specialized in debt and equity financing and merger and acquisition transactions within the healthcare services industry sector. Before Dean Witter, Mr. Bratberg was with Shoenberg, Hieber, Inc., New York. He received a Bachelor of Science from New York University's Stern School of Business.
