  • Randy Schumacher, M.B.A. – Vice President Organizational Development and Training
    Randy Schumacher-Vice President Organizational Development and Training Mr. Schumacher is skilled in developing individual and collaborative learning programs including integrating online methodologies. Mr. Schumacher directs the SIP Hospitalist Institute™, Sound's learning center. Mr. Schumacher had a distinguished twenty-four year career as a Naval Aviator with several tours as a squadron training officer and instructor for the Navy's Recruiting and Leadership Academy. After his Naval career, he was a consultant for a national training company creating training modules for Fortune 1000 companies. Mr. Schumacher holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and an M.B.A. from the University of West Florida.
