  • Tom Hashman, M.B.A. – Vice President of Business Services
    Tom Hashman-Vice President of Business Development Mr. Hashman is responsible for business services including client management and practice administration; his responsibilities also include growth of existing hospital teams and future hospital and subacute partners. Prior to joining Sound, he was an environmental engineer for LA County JWPCP, the largest wastewater treatment plants in the world. Mr. Hashman provided engineering oversight to maintain efficient and continuous operation of treatment plants and support systems including implementing improvements, troubleshooting, and personnel training. Mr. Hashman holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California.
