The SoundConnect™ workflow and informatics platform is a suite of proprietary web-based software applications that support hospitalists in their daily activities. Designed exclusively by hospitalists for the practice of hospital medicine and our in-house software development team, SoundConnect™ includes such applications as written sign-out and to-do lists, charge capture, daily census management, communication tools and AutoFAX notification to the primary care physician of patient discharge. The SoundConnect™ platform serves as a data repository utilized by Sound’s informatics team to analyze performance for all hospital partners.
