Being a physician founded and led hospitalist organization, we believe that Physicians are our greatest asset – Patients are our greatest concern®. As a Sound Physicians hospitalist you will have the opportunity to do what you love doing most – delivering high-quality care to patients with a team of high-quality physicians. Our approach to hospital medicine begins with the program design based on manageable encounters – we know that in order to deliver high-quality care and improved outcomes, hospitalists cannot be overburdened. We design our programs with the goal of each team member having reasonable patient workloads and patient encounters throughout the day.

In addition to our commitment to quality through manageable encounters, you will receive training on our processes and approach to hospital medicine, which includes our proprietary tools and processes including SoundConnect™ workflow and information platform and SoundImpact™ initiatives.
