Path to Partnership
All Sound’s physicians are on the Path to Partnership™ career development track. Our physicians align to performance goals based on our organization’s values of quality, service, teamwork, innovation and integrity. In addition, physicians have shared goals with our hospital partner. Each local practice and individual hospitalist is empowered to drive performance and, based on results, are entitled to receive incentive based rewards as they achieve Sound Partnership. It is our goal for all our physician colleagues to become Sound Partners.

Path to Leadership™
Sound offers our physicians an opportunity to further develop their leadership skills and explore career advancement opportunities within our organization. Our Path to Leadership™ curriculum is a blend of coursework, practicums, 360° evaluations and mentored training based on the business of hospital medicine. We provide dedicated leadership conferences to provide collegial exchange of ideas and transfer of best practices between regions.
