A Roving Hospitalist is an internal and superior version of locum tenens for the physician who enjoys a variety of assignments that feature a flexible schedule and new adventures in different geographic areas nationwide with Sound’s hospital partner sites. As a Rover Hospitalist you may also consider this as a career path to a permanent position down the road, enabling you to have a permanent “hospital home” when the timing and chemistry are right.
