Gregory R. Johnson, MD, leads clinical operations for the Central and Southeast region. His responsibilities include organizational leadership and development and regional operational performance. In his role, Dr. Johnson works directly with the Chief Hospitalists and the Regional Vice President of Operations to ensure the delivery of high quality patient care and the alignment of performance with partner hospital goals.
Dr. Johnson is a graduate of the University of Texas Health Sciences Center. Greg earned an M.B.A. degree from George Washington University. He is a Fellow in the American College of Physicians and is also a member of SHM’s inaugural class of Fellow in Hospital Medicine.
