Stephanie was the first physician recruiter at Sound Physicians and was a hospital-based recruiter prior to joining Sound. She worked with Sound’s CEO on a consulting project as a recruiter for her home-town hospital in Montana. That experience proved to Stephanie that Sound Physicians had the potential to make a significant difference in hospital medicine. Since joining Sound Physicians she is gratified with her career growth and satisfaction. She holds a B.A. degree from the University of Montana.
