Matthew Greer is a seasoned healthcare finance executive with more than 17 years of experience driving financial strategy, operational performance, and sustainable growth. As Chief Financial Officer, he leads Sound’s corporate finance organization and partners closely with the CEO, Chief Growth Officer, and specialty leaders to advance enterprise strategy and support more than 300 hospital partners nationwide. He brings deep expertise in strategic planning, capital stewardship, and performance improvement. Prior to joining Sound, he served as Vice President of Corporate Finance at InnovaCare Health and as Director of Strategic Planning and Process Improvement at Visiting Nurse Service of New York.
