This bill is for the services provided by the clinician who cared for you or your loved one.

If you or a loved one received care from a Sound Physicians clinician in a hospital, emergency department, or post-acute care facility, you may receive a separate bill for those services. We’re here to make billing simple and easy to understand—and to help you quickly find answers.

Billing and payment information
- Your bill reflects services provided by the clinician who treated you and is separate from the hospital or facility bill.
- You’ll receive a text message when your bill is ready. These are legitimate notifications, not spam.
- You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.

No surprise billing
