Michelle O’Neill oversees Sound’s regulatory compliance and risk management across all programs and specialties. With more than 25 years of experience in healthcare administration and compliance, her passion for achieving the highest ethical standard supports Sound’s culture of integrity and accountability. Prior to her role with Sound, O’Neill served as Chief Compliance Officer for Summit Health. She’s authored numerous publications for the Healthcare Compliance Association and is a regular presenter at conferences on topics such as compliance, privacy, and ethics.
