President, Accountable Care and Telemedicine
Mike oversees Sound’s telemedicine program and accountable care organization (ACO). Started in 2023, Sound Long-Term Care Management (SLTCM) is an enhanced-track ACO focused on patients in long-term skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. SLTCM currently has 30,000 beneficiaries in 43 states, with Sound’s telemedicine platform playing an instrumental role in improving patient care for SLTCM. Mike has deep experience in the world of ACOs, having previously built and operated five highly successful Medicare Shared Savings Program ACOs along with several commercial payer ACOs over the past 15 years.
