Dr. Tom Kim is a board-certified internist. He trained at Virginia Commonwealth University and received his master’s degree at Carnegie Mellon University. He served as a leader on the value-based care team at Sound Physicians with a focus on Bundle Payment for Care Improvement Advanced. His passion to improve quality care in communities naturally led him to join Sound Long-Term Care Management ACO.
